I sure felt great again today. I'm starting to wonder if it has anything to do with the high dose fish oil I've been taking. After reading Robb Wolf's blog as well as watching the Barry Sears video on fish oil I realized that the daily amount I was taking was far lower than what they recommended. And since they swore that high doses can make a huge difference I decided to up my dose to 10 grams per day. That is 18 capsules of the Kirkland brand that has 600+mg of omega 3. Today, I think I really started to feel it.
Anyway, I took Sam's class today and worked some more C&J. I got that 173 I said I would, and I felt strong. I think I could have gone even heavier if time permitted. Then the wod was more C&J- heavy. It was great. Can't wait to go for 200 next time:)
