Deadlift. Period.

People who wake up super early, work out, and get back home before the sun ever even rises, are crazy. Dedicated. Admirable. But crazy. I tried. By default of coarse, as I'm covering one of my trainers early classes this week. It didnt' work out too well for me, that workout. Hence all I got in today was Deadlift. So I figure I'll get one more good day in tomorrow which will give me a rest day before my favorite day of all- Catalyst Day.
