It's nice to have a partner in Crime. A workout partner in crime. Especially when it's one bad ass firebreather chicka. There's something about having a great athlete to workout next to that helps bring out the fighter me. Today, that person was Vero. She's an elite beach volleyball player who works out at my gym. She's on every bench mark record board, and has represented our box at multiple events including the 2009 CrossFit Games. She's a baller, and she pushed me today.
